OUR TRAINING
Sota Distance Project's training focuses on developing young runners to be athletic, stronger with good mechanics. Our training varies depending on the runner's ability and experience.

Our club meets during the week except during middle school track season (End of Jan. to Early April) and during high points of high school cross country and track seasons.
No cost to join. All are welcome. Please fill out the Registration Form.
